2.3. The colors, dimensions, and representations of Products and Digital Files on the Website may vary slightly from the actual item due to differences in display settings or file rendering software.
2.4. Digital Files are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
2.5. By purchasing or downloading any Digital File, you acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the Digital Files remain with FrancisCreation.
3. Ordering
3.1. By placing an order on the Website, you make an offer to purchase the Products in your order.
3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraud.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All prices displayed on the Website are in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4.2. Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. For physical Products, we will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated delivery time provided on the Website.
5.2. Digital Files will be delivered electronically via download link upon successful payment or account access, unless otherwise stated.
5.3. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including technical issues affecting digital delivery.
5.4. Risk of loss and title for physical Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Digital Files are deemed delivered when download access is provided.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical Product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our Returns Policy. All physical product
6.2. Physical Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
6.3. All sales of Digital Files are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of defective or inaccessible files.
